Actual packages of sausage weigh just under a pound. Make your quantity selection based on the number of packages you want, and once we have packed your order, you will recieve an invoice for the exact total.
STORY
Our sausage started out as a way to not waste our culls (the breeding stock that can no longer be used in the flock). Our Katahdin breed is known for being mild-flavoured (even in older animals) so we had some made for our own personal use. It turned out to be amazing, so we just couldn't keep it to ourselves (or in stock!). Now, it is made with lamb meat and is an Red Barn all-star.
INGREDIENTS

Saskatchewan Lamb, Saskatchewan pork, meat binder (modified milk ingredients, whey powder), spice, garlic, sodium nitrite, brown sugar
COOKING TIPS
Whole or pieced, bake it in a 375-F oven for 20-25 minutes.
